Sara has worked in writing, scientific publishing, research, libraries and development for over 20 years. Having started as an editor at the Institute of Physics Publishing, she moved on to do research into the impact that the shift from paper to electronic publishing had on researchers, librarians and the researcher process itself. She started working for INASP in 2002, first as Training Programme Officer and then as PERI Coordinator and eventually Director of Programmes. She left in 2011 and now works for herself doing research, evaluation, writing, editing and data management.
