Improving usage of e-resources at Daystar University

Access to a variety of resources and media is vital to the development of a research culture. However, when these resources are not being used, it is equally important to find out why and ensure that users not only have the appropriate training, but are also aware of what is available to them. Kenya’s Daystar University identified this problem and took steps to address, and improve on, their usage statistics.
