​​​​​​​Transforming Employability for Social Change in East Africa (TESCEA) is helping young people in East Africa to use their skills and ideas to tackle social and economic problems. We are now working to scale our approaches in more universities and countries.

We are developing a digital learning community that enables these early career researchers to advance their skills, confidence and networks, positioning them to do research that can make a difference to society both nationally and globally.

With just six years to go to meet the urgent targets of the Sustainable Development Goals, we need to find new ways to harness the power of science to address critical issues of human health, welfare and prosperity.

Co-developed by the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and INASP, this bespoke online training course aims to enhance the professional development of the Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP) scholars.
