INASP Associate
Tom is a health economist interested in how evidence can be used to make the best possible policy decisions. At INASP Tom leads work toward harnessing science diplomacy for reforming research publishing. He is currently a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Development and has previously worked at the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (formerly Department for International Development), the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the University of Oxford. He has a DPhil in health economics from the University of Oxford.
