Jennifer Chapin

Programme Specialist

Jennifer specialises in higher education, research and gender, with her current role at INASP focused on better linking up universities and graduates to improve employability. Her previous role at INASP involved supporting the capacity of researchers in low and middle-income countries to communicate and publish their research.  
Joining INASP in 2016, Jennifer spent the previous four years at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in London, a role which included developing research best practice and quality assurance, supporting the development of actuarial research with 300 researchers worldwide. Holding an MA in Education and International Development, she previously worked in education strategy for the Royal College of Physicians of Canada and, since 2010, has also volunteered to support a gender equality in education programme in Togo through a Canada-Togo partnership.
