INASP-Health

'Providing access to reliable health information for health workers in developing countries is potentially the single most cost-effective and achievable strategy for sustainable improvement in health care.’
British Medical Journal 1997; 314: 90

between 1996 and 2004, INASP-Health coordinated INASP’s activities in the area of health information support. Under the able management of Neil Pakenham-Walsh, activities included establishing a directory of organisations working to improve access to reliable health information, email discussion lists, online resources and links, workshop series and other forums for health professionals to meet and exchange ideas.

The ongoing activites that were grouped under INASP-Health have now been incorporated within INASP's overall programme of activities and you can find details of them all within the Events, and Projects & Activities pages.
