Bibliometrics
A bibliometric study of Latin American countries supported by INASP 1996-2008. This report presents the findings of a collaborative study conducted by the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education, the National Center for Scientific Research and INASP.
Guidelines for Low Bandwidth Websites
Bandwidth in many developing and transitional countries can be extremely expensive and the available bandwidth is often unable to meet local demands and support optimal usage. Creating bandwidth friendly websites can help ease this problem, creating a better experience for the end user by enabling faster access to, and download of, information.
Towards the Digital Library
This report presents the results of a survey of the current status of digital libraries in sub-Saharan Anglophone Africa, so as to draw conclusions on where future developments and investments might be made, and what can be learnt from the implementation of digital libraries within the continent.
