Small Grants, Big Rewards In its first two years, INASP’s small grants scheme has grown to support well over one hundred training events in developing countries across the globe. Thanks to local leadership, the scheme has reached beyond the usual audiences and centres of excellence to raise awareness of – and foster expertise in – many areas of communication and publishing. Strengthening research information production, access and use in Honduras Three years for a project attempting to make significant contribution towards development of a research culture across a whole country. Ambitious indeed but this is what a joint UNAH, Sida and INASP project was set up not only to do in Honduras, but to do it sustainably so that the benefits would continue long past its project life. Three years on and the project has achieved much of what it set out to do and put in place conditions for the steps taken to continue and develop. 2012
Strengthening research information production, access and use in Nicaragua This report summarises the activities undertaken as part of a three year collaborative project aimed at improving research in Nicaragua. The partners (CNU, INASP and Sida) worked together on development of a detailed plan and budget to support this aim.
