Christine Madsen receives 2010 ACRL Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship award

Christine Madsen, librarian and DPhil candidate, Oxford Internet Institute (OII), University of Oxford, has been awarded the 2010 Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship for her proposal "Library Futures: Building a New Knowledge Architecture in Academic Libraries." The fellowship, sponsored by Thomson Reuters, fosters research in academic librarianship by encouraging and supporting dissertation research.

Christine recently contributed an article entitled 'A thoughtful approach to digitisation' for the 40th issue of the INASP newsletter. For more information on the award, visit the American Library Association website.
