Usage Data Collection
Usage statistics are fully Counter compliant and can be viewed by those who have registered as the Account Administrator for their organisation or consortium. The usage statistic interface appears when Administrators log on. It is possible to have an Administrator at country-wide level and one for each institution. Country coordinators who have registered as the Administrator can view usage for all the institutions in their country. Please note that statistics are not available for institutions accessing via username and password, as without a valid IP range it is not possible to collect the data.
