VJOL now nationally hosted

Alec Smecher from PKP in Canada facilitated a workshop in Vietnam and managed the transfer of Vietnam Journals Online (VJOL) to national hosting at the National Center for Scientific and Technological Information (NACESTI). This included a transfer to a new URL (www.vjol.info.vn), although, a redirect has been put in place for the previous URL. With these changes in place, INASP has now moved from an active to advisory role.
