British Library Direct Provides free table of contents searching from 5 years of data for over 20 000 journals.
Edinburgh University Press Over 30 full-text electronic journals in the humanities and social sciences.
Geological Society The Lyell Collection is an electronic collection of new and archival journal, Special Publication and book content, published by the Geological Society of London. It contains key peer-reviewed Earth science literature of the highest quality
NPG - Nature Publishes 79 journals and online databases across the life, physical and applied sciences and, most recently, clinical medicine.
NPG - Palgrave Macmillan Journals Palgrave Macmillan offer a combined portfolio of over 60 peer-reviewed e-journals in the field of Business, Social Sciences and the Humanities.

Free and Open Access links This page provides links to: programmes and initiatives complementary to PERii; the INASP Directory of Organisations; Open Access resources available to all; and online resources that are freely available to researchers in developing and emerging countries.
Online Health Information Access and Use A joint national-level, intensive, capacity development and training programme by HSPH, INASP and INFORM. This project covers online information access and use for health sector librarians, researchers and professionals within Vietnamese universities with health focused programmes and research activities.
Programme for the Enhancement of Research Information (PERii) Supports research sector capacity building by strengthening the production, access and dissemination of information and knowledge.

Thanks to local leadership, the scheme has reached beyond the usual audiences and centres of excellence to raise awareness of – and foster expertise in – many areas of communication and publishing.
