Registration Information
Each developing country institution eligible for access (Document eligibility criteria, 38kb) is required to register to use OECD's Online service. If you have not used this resource before, you may need to check if your institution is registered and identify the contact person who has your access details. To do this, please go to the PERii registration system and select your country and institution.

If your institution is not already registered, please follow these steps:
Step One: Review the terms and conditions (Document 51kb) Conditions d'Utilisation (en français)(Document 121kb) for SourceOECD
Step Two: Go to www.sourceoecd.org and click on Registration in the right-hand column. Complete and submit the form there. Registration is complete when you receive confirmation of your account details, including your Registration ID number and Manager Password - please make a note of this information as it is needed to administer your account (such as updating contact information and IP addresses).
Step Three: Go to the INASP registration database, accept the OECD terms and conditions, complete and submit your registration, including the Registration ID you were given when registering on SourceOECD.
Step Four: Your registration will be submitted for approval and you should receive an e-mail within 5 working days confirming your institution's access to SourceOECDAccess

Information for Librarians

Administration Information
Once you are registered a 'Welcome' message will appear in the beige box on the right-hand side of the website.

If it does not: (1) log in, (2) Select 'Update details', (3) Enter your Registration (ID) number and Manager Password, (4) On the following screen select 'here' at the top of the page, (5) Enter the IP details and/or Username and Password for Remote access then select 'Create'.

Create as many log-in profiles as required, by entering the IP addresses/usernames and passwords.

To add IP address access to your account, click on View my details.
