Bandwidth Management and Optimisation: An introduction, University of Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, 14-15 April 2008
This introductory workshop was attended by 17 participants from 7 institutions in RDC and focused on two topics - bandwidth management and related technical issues.  Facilitated by Egbert de Smet from INASP, participants appreciated the opportunity this training presented and were happy that objectives indicated were achieved and the content was relevant.  However, more time to fully understand and cover all related materials would have been welcome and participants requested for follow on workshops to be organised.
