Philippine Journals Online (PhilJOL) was recently featured by the Philippine Star in an article by Isagani Cruz. Isagani has been the mentor of the project right from the earliest days of the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) conference in Canada in 2007. The article examines PhilJOL's success since the launch 4 months ago.
