It is possible that your institution is already registered with MetaPress. Please visit http://journals.pepublishing.com/ to see if your institution is recognized on the left of the homepage. If you see that you are recognized, please use the MetaPress ID information you see when completing the form at http://peri.inasp.info/peri/peri.pl?pid=76

If you are not recognized on the left of the homepage, then the librarian administrator needs to create an individual user account and send the institutional details that are listed on the Registration page to support@metapress.com: http://journals.pepublishing.com/identities/registration/. Please edit the subject line so that MetaPress Support realizes your institution is part of the INASP PE Publishing consortium.
 
There can be more than one library administrator for a MetaPress account, but for registration purposes, please send one individual account for institutional account setup
