HR4D-net: Official e-forum of Global Ministerial Forum on Research for Health
Health Research for Development (HR4D-net) is a global e-mail discussion group dedicated to promoting health research to improve the health of people in developing countries. It began as a collaboration of INASP and the Global Forum for Health Research, and is moderated by the Global Healthcare Information Network.
HR4D-net has been chosen as the official e-forum for discussions around the key themes of the Global Ministerial Forum on Research for Health which will be held in November in Bamako, Mali. As the Forum is an invitation-only event, it’s important that there is an opportunity for everyone to make their voice heard, even if they will not be at the meeting itself — HR4D-net provides that opportunity.
If you would like to join the list and exchange ideas with a global cross-sectoral network of people who are passionately committed to research for health, please send an e-mail to:
In the body of your request, please say you would like to join HR4D-net and add a few lines about yourself: a) the organisation for which you work, b) the country in which you are based, and c) a brief description of your professional interests. Your message will be used as the basis for your HR4D-net profile. This profile will be added to the end of any messages that you may send, unless you request otherwise.
