INASP is pleased to announce the publication of Evaluating Electronic Resource Programmes and Provision: Case studies from Africa and Asia. This collection of works is edited by Diana Rosenberg and the third volume of INASPs Research and Education Case Studies.

The hope is that this sharing of experiences will assist many more institutions in developing countries start or continue the work of monitoring and evaluating their e-resource services and build even stronger provision in the years ahead.
