Registration
The librarian of your institution will need to register once with this resource.  You can do this by going to the INASP Registraion Database.

Access by IP address recognition only.  Institutions without a fixed IP address will not be able to access Project MUSE journals.  Where an IP address is owned by an ISP, the institution will have to complete this letter.
