To do this, please go to the INASP Registration Database and select your country and institution.

Access Information
Access by IP address recognition only.  Institutions without a fixed IP address will not be able to access Project MUSE journals.  Where an IP address is registered to anything other than the institution (commercial ISP, national education network, etc the institution will have to complete this letter [link to the letter] before access will be provided.
