Instructions for this will be sent to the country coordinator, as well as the contact librarian for each institution, upon subscription activation. This will include a URL and info for setting up the usage stats account.

Publisher newsletter subscription details
A quarterly newsletter is sent out to subscribing librarians and SPIE members at subscribing institutions.
