Health Library Partnerships Database
Health Library Partnerships is a global database of one-to-one partnerships between libraries in developed countries and those in emerging and developing countries. Although not exhaustive, this database includes programmes that assist in bridging the health information divide between the north and south. The database was launched in November 2002 and is updated regularly. The database was fully revised and updated in April 2004 and is now hosted on the Partnerships in Health Information website.
For background information about developing a partnership, go to Partnerships in Health Information: Guidelines.
Our thanks to the many libraries worldwide that have provided details of their partnerships. We hope this resource will serve them, and others, to facilitate exchange of experience and lessons learned.
