Science on the Internet is a free tutorial designed to help parliamentary staff and other policy makers to develop internet research skills. The tutorial looks at the critical thinking required when using the internet for research and offers practical advice on evaluating the quality of web sites.

To use the tutorial download the zip folder. Once you have ‘unzipped' the folder, open the file called 'index.html' to start the tutorial - you will need internet access to complete some of the tasks. The entire tutorial will take between 1 and 2 hours to complete and can be done in stages.
