Registration

The librarian of your institution will need to register once with this resource.  You can do this at the INASP registration database.

Please note that you should register your fixed IP address(es) if possible.  This resource offers access through IP address with username and password provided for remote users.

Licence
Each participating country must sign a country licence agreement via the country coordinator.

Administration rights are available only to the country coordinator.
