EBSCOadmin enables administrators to generate statistical reports depicting usage, manage authentication, import files and more.

EBSCOadmin offers a number of statistical features such as reporting usage by library, by database title, by title within each library, number of queries, number of sessions, by method of access, etc. Usage reports are available for all participating institutions and each participating library via EBSCOadmin.

To access statistical reports in EBSCOadmin:
1. Log in to EBSCOadmin at http://eadmin.ebscohost.com
2. Select the Reports & Statistics Tab.
3. The Reports Menu Screen allows you to select from a variety of reports that are available to you. Selecting any one of these will bring you to a screen with options for you to select. In most cases you will need to select the fields you would like to include in your report, the field you want to sort by and a date range.
4. You will have the option to view the report on-screen and print it, or to email a delimited file to yourself.
