Each developing country institution eligible for access (Document eligibility criteria, 38kb) is required to register to use Professional Engineering Publishing.

It is possible that your institution is already registered with MetaPress. Please visit the website to see if your institution is recognized on the left of the homepage. If you see that you are recognized, please use the MetaPress ID information you see when completing the online form.

If you are not recognized on the left of the homepage, then the librarian administrator* needs to create needs to first create an individual MetaPress user account and then register for this resource, inserting the MetaPress ID when prompted.

If you have not used this resource before, you may need to check if your institution is registered and identify the contact person who has your access details. To do this, please go to the PERii registration system and select your country and institution.

*There can be more than one library administrator for a MetaPress account, but for registration purposes, please send one individual account for institutional account setup.
