African Journals OnLine (AJOL) Evaluation Report 2003-2005

The African Journals Online (AJOL) programme was formulated by the International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP) in order to raise the visibility of African journals and create a greater awareness of research carried out in Africa. In line with the original funding condition, the programme was transferred to African management in August 2005, hence this report examines the development and status of the programme to the end of 2005.
