Our projects include collaborations with like-minded organisations, network building activities and tools to help build capacity and improve research communication. Our current projects include: AuthorAID, Journals Online, Publishers for Development, Network Management and Optimisation. 

AuthorAID

AuthorAID is global online network that provides support, mentoring, resources, and training for researchers in developing countries.

Journals Online

The Journals Online project aims to improve the accessibility and visibility of developing country journals. It provides access to over 240 journals with almost 20,000 articles, of which 88% are open access full text.

Publishers for Development

Publishers for Development (PfD) is a forum for information and discussion around the importance of access to information for development. It is a joint initiative of INASP and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).

VakaYiko consortium

The VakaYiko Consortium is a three year project involving five organisations working primarily in three countries. Vaka is Shona (Southern Africa) for ‘build’ and Yiko is Dagbani (Ghana) for capacity which illustrates the main African regions where the consortium works.
