IFLA Licensing Principles

International Federation of Library Associations and Insitutions (IFLA)

Principles of Licensing developed by The International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA). IFLA recommends libraries adhere to these as much as possible when negotiating licenses for electronic resources with publishers.
