Licensing and negotiations

Many useful resources have been developed by those involved in licensing and negotiating access for library resources. We have provided links to a number of these resources as a reference point for librarians and consortia members to assist them in their own career development and to help when training or advising their peers. The main areas included are materials for licensing and copyright matters and also links to materials which may outline or assist in negotiation techniques and strategies.

These materials come from a variety of sources, including Association of Research Libraries, The International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA), the European Bureau of Library, Information and Documentation Associations and eIFL.

The list is by no means exhaustive, so if you have additional resources you would like us to include please contact
